- VPN (staff-net and student-net realms)
- SAP (you can find information about using MFA for SAP here)
as well as the centrally provided web applications:
- Microsoft 365
- Zoom
- Google Workspace
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Outlook Web Access (Webmail)
- Phone Control Center
- CRM Serv

All users who need multifactor authentication to access an application must register. QR code registration only needs to be done once at the beginning.
If you change your smartphone and you do not have access to the originally generated QR code anymore, you have to reset your MFA registration.
