Basic authorisation

All staff are entitled to an ETHIS user. Any member of staff who does not yet have an ETHIS user can open one by logging in to the ETHIS page with the nethz-login. A user will then be automatically generated with basic authorisation on the following day.

The  basic tasks comprises:

• Time management
• Personal data
• Employment & salary
• Professional expenses
• Inventory databank

Automatically granted authorisation

As soon as you are registered with a role (whether fund holder or administrator) in line with financial regulations, your authorisation will be set up at fund level in ETHIS the following day.

Delegated authorisation

The budget manager can delegate authorisation via Persönlich –> Berechtigungen –> ETHIS access rights
