In the last three weeks new versions of myStudies and LISETHpro have been introduced.

The new release of myStudies has been combined with an increase in resources (web application and database server) to meet the demand during peak periods in the use of the application (several times the limit of 2000 active students was reached at the beginning of the new semester).

A summary of the changes introduced:

myStudies 2019.1:

Students can now maintain their own private email. In myStudies, the initial password entered was the email address given by the persons when applying.
With the next version of LISETHpro and LKW, which will come this summer, communication with this email will be possible, e.g. for invitations to the Master’s ceremony.

Improved display and validation of Learning Agreement, e.g. credit points for imported annual courses.

LISETHpro 2019.1:

Enhancement of the functionality for doctoral administration, e.g. deputy type adjustments, entry of questionnaire for doctoral celebration was displayed again, generation of participation and planning.

Harmonisation of serial letter document processing: Due to recurring problems with printing serial letter documents and simultaneous archiving, all functions in which serial letter documents can be printed and archived have been harmonised in LISETHpro. The functionality was also updated, including selection support, display, notes and progress status as well as control during the printing process.
